About the Event
Expressing gratitude more frequently improves quality of life for ourselves as well as those around us. No previous art experience is necessary!
All supplies will be provided. However, participants may bring favorite pens and/or markers from home if they'd like.

Creative Intermission Workshops are designed as an intentional "pause" for participants who typically spend much time and energy caring for others--sometimes forgetting the element of self-nurture. These workshops will be a safe place to relax, reflect, and breathe--the emphasis is on having fun and feeding the spirit rather than making a polished finished product.
