About the Event

During this guided Celebrating Our Accomplishments workshop, we will pause together to reflect on individual achievements during the Winter Session of Creative Intermission Workshops, as well as points of accomplishment in our lives beyond the last six weeks. We will consider the benefits and practicalities of incorporating simple celebrations of our lives on a regular basis.

Participants will be invited to create a tangible reminder of this concept to take home with them.  No previous art experience is necessary!

All supplies will be provided. However, participants may bring favorite pens and/or markers from home if they'd like.

Here are a few important things to note about this workshop:

-If you are a Museum Member and wish to receive the member discount on this class, you MUST register on the museum website, https://www.artlafayette.org/classes. I cannot refund the member discount if you register on my site.

-Free parking is available in the lot to the northeast of the building.

-All materials will be provided. However if you would like, you are welcome to bring your own markers or pens for use during our creative time.

-A full listing of workshops can be found on my website, https://www.abednegocreations.com/ or by following my FB page, https://www.facebook.com/AbednegoCreations

Creative Intermission Workshops are designed as an intentional "pause" for participants who typically spend much time and energy caring for others--sometimes forgetting the element of self-nurture. These workshops will be a safe place to relax, reflect, and breathe--the emphasis is on having fun and feeding the spirit rather than making a polished finished product.
